A small, pretty country town in the southern Mallee, Nullawil has recently gained popularity as a Silo Art Trail town. It welcomes visitors to stop and admire the enormous artwork by contemporary Australian street artist Sam Bates (Smug).
Visitors can easily spend a day or two in Nullawil, with fascinating things to see and do including Auchmore Heritage Museum and the famous Iron Man sculpture for which the town is renowned.
Nullawil's silo is part of the Silo Art Trail and displays the unique artistic and photorealistic talents of Australian contemporary street artist Sam Bates (Smug).
Nullawil is also home to ‘Auchmore,’ a historic homestead museum housing all the necessities used by the early pioneers of the district. Auchmore museum is an original farm homestead fitted out in period design as well as many out buildings from the era.
